since it really hasnt been done you'll need to start with a test fit and take measurements of what length you need the axles, and where the motor mounts will fit,then you can have a shop make the axles for you. You'll also need an ecu and harness from an F2T, unless you use haltech. Also believe you'll need a custom hood since the F2T is a quite a bit taller than any protege engine.also what tranny are you using? The Ft2 uses a Mazda H series tranny to handle all the torque this engine produces(190 lb-ft stock!!). you are really better off using a BPT since you can use off-the-shelf parts so its a bit cheaper

and besides why would you want the f2t? it is the only interfearacne engine mazda made. 145hp wooo wooo and a big money pit.
honestly you are much better off with a KL V6 swap or a BPT.
