Clutch kit

Has anyone bought a centerforce or Act clutch kit? If so any recomendations on which would be better for the money. Corksport has a centerforce $257 but I dont know if it brings everything I need such as the throw out bearing or alingment tool. Any help on this.

I have the ACT clutch kit. It comes with everything you need. I do recommend this clutch, it holds VERY well even with the extra HP.

Most people seem to prefer the ACT clutch. That's what I'll most likely be buying if I ever go turbo. If you plan to stay NA, then there is no need for a performance clutch. A good OEM replacement will do the job just fine.

I bought the center force dual friction clutch, but I bought it from NOPI online, it cost me about 250 or something, and then I had to buy a throw out bearing, it was about 30, and while you are at it and have the clutch and everything off and have access to the pilot bearing, you might as well replace that if you are unsure of how old it is.
But I would probably recommend the ACT clutch, I like the centerforce one a lot, but the ACT clutch comes with everything including an alignment tool....mine didn't which kinda sucked but I got through it.
Good luck with your clutch job, you're gonna need it.
