Clutch question....

Clutch question....
What's up guys ??
got a quick question for you....
I will be needing to change the clutch on my 91 Pro soon...
I am trying to decide between these two:
CENTERFORCE - Dual Friction Clutch or
ACT Street performance clutch
which one would you recommend and why ?
I was told that it would be a good ideia to change the Throw Out Bearing while I'm at it............is there a point in doing that ???
Feedback will be appreciated greatly,

its only right to change the throw out bearing b/c it will be right there when you replace your clutch. better to do it now then have to tear it back down just to replace it if starts to go out.
as for the clutch i dont know. but i would also like to know. for that i have to change my clutch soon to.

Damn I have to replace my clutch too!
I have a CF dual friction stage II in my 300zx, I'm very pleased with it. The CF clutch is even stronger than stillens! I plan on getting the CF for my pro Don't know about ACT, I think they might be a little more expensive.
