differences between 94 Protege Motor & 94 Miata Motor.
I need to know the differences between both.
Both are BP DOHC.
but it uses the same head and block ?
same cams ? same valves sizes ? same cam gears ?
same throttle body ? same intake manifold ? same injectors ?
i know that uses the same piston but difference compression.
have the same stroke ? same piston rods ?
about the tranny..protege is front wheel drive and miata rear wheel drive..
have the same flywheel ? can use the same clutch kit ??
Thanks.

The head and block are pretty much the same design, assuming the Protege is a DOHC. However, the thermostat outlet on the head is on the timing belt side for the Miata and on the other end for the Protege.
I'm pretty sure that the valves and such are the same, but the cams are not. IIRC the Miata has a more agressive cam.
The intake manifold is different between the longitudinal RWD configuration of the Miata motor and the lateral FWD Protege.
Other parts that are different include the oil pan, dipstick and tube, maybe the oil pump, and the exhaust manifold.
I'm not sure about any of the other stuff you mentioned, but this should get you started.
