Question ECU Swap...SOHC to DOHC

If i swapped the ECU in my SOHC to an ECU out of a DOHC would there be any gains? I know a guy with a CRX SI and just swapping the ECU out of an integra is giving him around 20 horses. Well thats what he's said. So can anyone help me out a bit here?

He's right, the plugs don't match up if I remember correctly... Either way, I changed the whole harness and ECU when I did my swap, but that's because I figured the SOHC ECU would'nt work with the DOHC, so I figure vice-versa would also be true.
