Fidanza Flywheel

Fidanza Flywheel
I downloaded the Fidanza flywheel catalog and it listed the flywheel for the 86-89 323 GT/GTX, 90-94 SOHC and 90-94 DOHC as being the same one. I emailed Fidanza and he said that the flywheel will fit on all of those cars. I thought the SOHC and DOHC had different sized flywheels. Does anyone know anything about this flywheel?

AFAIK the flywheel they make for the 90-4 DOHC would bolt onto the SOHC motor, but it would NOT WORK because the trans input shaft/spline count issmaller on the SOHC. To get it to work, you'd haveto find a (custom?) clutch kit that would fit the SOHC trans AND bolt up to the DOHC flywheel.

The input shaft goes into the clutch hub on the disc. The disc is squeezed between the pressure plate and the flywheel. If the input shafts are the same, then I might as well get a clutch for a DOHC.
