Port And Polish

How much would u guys say a port and polish would cost? and which things should i port and polish? Is it worth it?

you can actually port polish it yourself if you are brave. you would have to buy a rotary tool and remove your head. things to port are: the intake ports, exhaust ports, intake manifold and exhaust manifold. also, you should remove your valves and buff the valve stems on a buffer, and clean the carbon deposits off of the flat part of the valves.
