protoge engine into 323?
what all engines out of a protoge would fit into a 94 323. obviously the 90-94 would. but what about 95-on? found a 98 engine with about 30,000 miles on ebay for about 200$. thanx in advance.

I don't know about the '95-'98 BP, but the "90-'94 is almost a drop in. Rod Millen put a JDM Protege (used) motor into a 323 back in '91 or '92. With all of their suspension pieces and their Panasport wheels, it was REALLY fast, often competing for TTOD on DOT tires. There's a picture of it in their EGT parts catalog.
