RX7 Pump & VAF

Hi guys,
Just got a quick question on swapping VAF's and Fuel Pumps with RX-7 parts. We're getting prepared for the BPT swap. Is BLT the best place to get them? Also, any tips before we work on it?

you can find those parts in your local wrecking yard. I used to go every 2 weeks and could easily find 3 to 5 each time, and still in good condition. My VAF has been on for a year and 7 months, no problems at all.

Or you can get one from the Mazda dealer for around $1000, no joke, i've checked

new water pump, t-belt, drive belts, cam seal, valve cover gasket, distributor o-ring, intake and exhaust gaskets...

Would there be any point to an RX7 VAF on a stock motor?

no, not really, and i don't think it would fit on the stock box, nor would the Hbox fit without a new adapter.

but on a stock BPT motor, yes.

ok thats good to know, but what are the differences (if any) in the OEM BPT VAF and the OEM BP VAF? as any engine i've seen for sale does not come with the BPT's OEM VAF.
