Transmission Lock Up Problem

Transmission Lock Up Problem
Hi everyone. It seems like forever since I have visited the board. Good to have time to finally read some posts. Now to my problem.
I have a 94 DX. She hadn't been started in about 3 weeks. I got a new truck and went on vacation so unfortuately she sat. I got her started back up no problem, but, she won't shift out of park.
When I press the brake, you can hear the sound like it is disengaging the selinoid (sp) to allow me to shift out of park, however, it has no effect. Could it be a ba selinoid? Is this electronically controlled or simply a manual part that can be replaced. I searched the forum and found one reference for a 2nd Gen Pro, but I wanted to see what else it possibly could be as well.
Any info will be appreciated, and if you need to know more info, just ask!
Thanks in advance.

Actually I already thought of that, even though it is parked on a perfectly flat spot. Middle Tennessee is unfortuately flatter than a pancake, and my yard is the living esence of it. So that isn't it. I even rocked it back and forth just in case, no such luck.
Thanks for the suggestion though!

No, I didn't know about that. I'll have to look into that. I have a manual, but it is back at my parents house in West Virginia. I just completely moved down here and became a true "resident" a few months ago, so a lot of my stuff like that is still at my parents. Figures. But I'll look into it. Thanks!

Have you found anything out? (If you can access this site).
Here's a technical service bulletin that I found on Edwin's site. It doesn't really seem applicable to your situation, but maybe you can check the bolts they're talking about (if you know where they are?)
