92-BG-6 -> front struts

I have to replace my front struts. I have been told that I am a hard driver, would some kind of sport struts help increase performance? is there a reason other than cosmetic for using struts that would lower the car. should i replace the shocks struts and mount on all four or can i do the front first and then the rear another time. can someone suggest a brand?
also i need to replace a LR - caliper, i was thinking i would upgrade them, also the disks and brakes, anyone have a suggestion for a high Q brand on those?
rotors
- slotted?
- with holes?
- with holes and slots?

Sorry for so many questions, I really must say that I luv this car and want it to last another 100 K or so. the engine is fine and the body is rust free, it jsut needs some other things.
thank you for the help

Tokico, KYB, are the best choices.
