Should I replace everything?

Should I replace everything?
After getting my new struts, I now have this popping noise from the left side, esp when turning into parking lots or driveways with curbs. I'm thinking it's the ball joint. So my question is when I take it to the shop (sorry, not a DIY'er on this stuff) for replacement, do you guys think it'd be a good idea to have everything replaced, like the tie-rod end and front/back LCA bushings too? I plan on getting ST front and back bars soon, so I think they come with all new bushings there. Also, I've been talking with some other folks outside this forum who seem to think I shouldn't go with poly bushings b/c they'd be too stiff and I'd feel every crack in the road. They say the oem rubber would be smoother. What do you think about that?
<edit> one last thing, prolly a stupid question, but shouldn't I do both sides too?

if you can do it - and plan on keeping the car - you might as well replace it all....
since i did my suspension all at once, it's hard to say what effect each part had on the ride. i think though that unless you're 'racing', i would just go oem for the LCA bushings. the poly bushings are MUCH stiffer compared to the oem - and i'm sure they do play a big part in 'making you feel every crack in the road'...
