i think they are Ractive Bars. Also, if you search under MX3 or MX-3, you'll find the same ones for $23.50.
I would say, these would be good enough for the rear, but get a good one for upfront.

Quick question?
Just wanted to find out?
How much research and/or developement went into those bars for $50 or less?
I used one of those "cheap" bars on my Subaru, and I could hardly notice it was there. I didn't like the fact that it had "turn buckle" style ends that would allow movement between the strut towers. So after a year or so of development we came out with a bar that does it's job better than the rest. Only to find out that there were some changes made to later model cars than the one we did all the measuring on. We just about have everything squared away, and will be ready to sell to the masses very soon.
This is what you guys are used to, right?
Well here is what I have to offer.(this is the original design)
Here is the revised edition installed on a car.(this is what you will get.)
I will happily try to answer any and all questions that you may have!

Well I guess that I should say, I honestly don't know what the other bars will do on an older car Scort/Pro. Because I haven't used one there! The Subaru is a 2000 and most likely a little sturdier still than the Escort of mine. But I know installing my bar on the car made a HUGE difference. I found myself turning in WAY to early, and having to correct the car mid-turn! It feels to me that it even removed some of my self induced oversteer. (read 1" rear sway bar, and hard a$$ tires)
