Hello everybody

Okay, I finally gave in and joined the forum. Ive been on the protegetech message board for a couple of years now but a lot of others have switched and now I have come over to the dark side as well I have a '92 DX and the mod list includes:

16"x7" ASA EM9 rims
205/40R16 Bridgestone Potenza RE950 tires
Intrax 1.75" lowering springs
ZX2 Tokico R struts
"Tech Racing" strut tower bar from corksport
Magnecor wires
Dryer hose CAI running to removed intake resonator
K&N drop in
JDM GTX front bumper
Pioneer DEPH4100 head unit
5 1/4" Kenwood coaxials all around
M100 Alpine V12 mono-block amp(300w peak)
Alpine Type-R 12" sub (1000w peak)
Amber LED windshield washer nozzels

Best time at track:
17.199 @ 80.95mph w/ .624 R/T
That run promptly glazed my clutch cauze I was powershifting at 6400rpm

This is the most recent pix I have. It was taken at last years Northwest ProtegeTech meet at Corksport where it was modeling the Efini JDM clear corners(why one is gone )

The corners themselves have the parking light attached to the inside of the corner, instead of just running the turn signals at a lower wattage like the US spec ones do. Therefor to mount the JDM corners, you have to buy the JDM headlights as well because they are smaller and allow for the parking light. I'll see if I can find the close up pix of them. Anyways, buying both the corners and the headlights brings the price up over $300US, which deters most buyers

And Wil, no I didnt sell my pro ( what a horrible thought ). BTW, I know the B6T fits into the festiva, but I think I heard that a B8T could be crammed in there! Now that would be freaky, a 210 hp festiva without even turning the boost up!! You could make viper owners **** their pants!!! YOU HAVE GOT TO TAKE A CAMCORDER THE FIRST TIME YOU BREAK IT LOOSE!!

Good lord where do you guys get this bumper? I swear. I can't find it anywhere. I look on corksport and they say they have the GTX bumper but its a different one. It has two horizontal lines where the mesh goes but you guys have three boxes. That's what I want. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Let me get this straight. You have a '90 protege (straight hood/lights) that you have already put the 323 GTR front bumper (below) on and you want to finish it to look like this?(as a sedan though of course)

Then here's what you need:
-Hood from a '93-'94 US-spec pro or 323, unless you want to shell out the bucks for an identical JDM one to be shipped over
-JDM headlights from a '93-'94 323 or famillia
-JDM corners from a '93-'94 323 or famillia
-Hood vent kit -$90 for Mazstyle
-$523 for JDM
-Front grille -$120 for Mazstyle
-$304 for JDM

All this can be had from Corksport, as I got the prices from www.corksport.com , though as you can see, it will leave your wallet much lighter

Its not on corksports website!! You have to call Derrick up if you want it. Or you could try Braden at www.barleylegaltransplants.com , I know the turboge has one so he must have a supplier, except that Braden prefers to use a massive intercoller as a center grille

Derrick is one of the owners of Corksport, and sorry about the link, misspelled it. Try this:

So this is where you ran off to, eh Darryl? Whadya mean you got the GTX bumper from Braden? I thought you were already going with the EVO kit?? Decide that you actually wanted to be able to drive over speedbumps and the such? But you dont have a nice big intercooler to fill the center hole like braded does, or do you??
