I was wondering what is the top speed for a pro 91 LX, has these 1gen pro's electronic speed limit?

 

I dont think that the proto has a speed limiter. mabe the escort gt . But i know that a good tuned na protege can do over 140. I know this cause ive my car wont do over 150 even with the 75 shot of nos I can barely hit 150. Ive clocked it with my buddys 93 twin turbo 300zx. Ill get picts soon

 

Well, i'm guessing that since my '92 LX can do:
(in 5th gear)
60 @ 3000
70 @ 3500
80 @ 4000
90 @ 4500
100 @ 5000
120 @ 6000

Then if I could reach redline in 5th (which I haven't)

140 @ 7000

If I had enough power... which I don't... then 140+ should be possible, I believe the rev-limit is at 7200.

I've gotten to 118 in 5th before drag overcame power.

 

but have someone rich the top speed of his pro for curiosity?

 

i have a 91 dx and the limiter on mine stops at 115, thats what it stoped when i was trying to see how fast mine could go and it wouldn't push anymore so that what i presume what its set at in 5 gear but i dont have a tach on it yet so i dont the rpm's
