need some serious engine help!

she is dying slowly and i cant imagine that! after 191. 000 km my 1.6i SOCH (B6 i think) valves and valve spring are damaged. she is loosing power, smells funny, and burns oil. repair is too expensive (something like 2.500 euros). heres the deal. i need new engine! i dont know what engine models fit in my 1st gen pro (1990 LXi) and how much they cost. dont tell me that i can get them in USA because its a "little" to far away for me (im from croatia). it would help if anybody can give me some prices of the engines wich fit my car. all engine models are included. do you know the engine codes or something, and the info on all fitable engines? i would REALLY apriciate any help.

thanx

yes, if you have a 1.6L, then you have the B6.

options:

B6
B6T
BP
BPT
KLZE (V6)

the B6 or B6T (turbo) will fit with the least amount of money and work. the others are a much bigger project.

no idea on prices near Coatia.

didnt know that your headlights are plexyglass, everything on the car is stock. paint isnt original because she was smashed pretty bad when she was only few months old, that why the paint is so shitty, i have a lot of damaged parts on the body, very soon im going to get that fixed and she will be repainted (red again). thanks for engine help, how about prices for those?

that is a nice idea, but unfortunatly i dont think that its gonna work! im 16 and dont have any cash, (not even to buy a car parfeum ) my dad will pay the engine, although the car is still in my parents possesion (i sound like a little baby). what do i have with the car? well, i love it and i take care of it, say what should be done, and my old man pays for it. when something is wrong i say what to do, my dad says :"oh what do you know!" but half an hour later he says:"you were right about that." i maybe can find out where to buy these headlights and how much they cost. parts for mazda in my country are extremely expensive, few hundred kilometers to north, in Austria, everything is like 40% cheaper, that is why i will look for the new engine in Austria, that engine swap is not a performance swap, (not yet ) but as soon as i get the licence and some money i have some big plans for my pro. i say that because i want you to know that im not mounting the engine myself, and it must be the engine that fits everything without modifications. so, for me, this i a lookout operation, everything is up to my old man, he started to understand that i love that car and know things more than he thinks, so maybe i do have a chance for talking him on something like 1.8 doch. i dont know do engines from new proteges (2-5 generations) fit but i dont think that they do.
