will a 2003 P5 shifter (stock) fit into an 90 lx protege, without problems?

will it be the same throw?

will it damage the trany or shift linkage?

1.yes it has been covered in other threads
2. It will interchange with your 90 protege
3. you will recieve slightly quicker throws and i think its an inch shorter than your stockky.
4. 60 doesnt really seem like a good deal, you could pull one from any 3rd gen protege at a junkyard for much less....
