Here it is
Here you go guys, got it installed this afternoon. It's very quite compared to what was on there. It's got a very low mellow sound that I love, exactly what I was looking for. Here's the pics:

I still have my cat and silencer so it's pretty quiet. When you stand next to the muffler it's got a real low and quiet sound, sounds powerful, but not obnoxious. at full throttle i hear my intake more then the exhaust. I'll try to catch some clips if i can find my mic for my handheld minidisc recorder.

what do you mean when you say "gut the catalytic converter"? removing the cat itself, or prying it open and getting rid of the carbon deposits? would it make a stock exhaust louder/increase hp? and wouldnt it create backfire when shifting if either was performed
