Right-hand drive conversion

Right-hand drive conversion
I know it's not practicle, it's a waste of time and money, and some people think it's just plain rediculous. I DON'T CARE!!!
I'm planning on buying a 1992 Protege LX from a local junk yard and stripping it down in my garage (the engine, drivetrain, interior, suspension, body panels, doors, hood, trunk lid, exhaust, fuel lines, pump, and tank will be in a pile beside my car). I'm estimating a 2 year rebuild of the entire car, mainly because of money. I'm just getting started in custom fabricating with my new mig and arc welders , so the work will be the fun part. This will mainly be something to fill in the time gaps while building my Prot.
Now the questions:
1.) Where do I get the parts (steering rack and column, dashboard and panels, pedal assemblies [it's a 5-speed, so I need the clutch pedal], steering column trim, heater control box [no a/c and planning on using current controls], and vent ducts)?
2.) Do all of these parts bolt on or is the firewall different for the American and Japanese models (a local import company [Buxton Motorsports] said it was a world car, so the swap should be fairly simple)?
3.) Which parts, if any, are different between the American and Japanese models (brake booster, brake master cylinder, clutch master cylinder, etc.)?
I also need pics of the engine bay of a right-hand drive protege for referance. I was looking at the engine bay of my 1990 LX (totaled ) and I don't see how the brake booster and master cylinder fit without hitting the intake manifold.
Any help is greatly appreciated, thanx.
