stuck wipers...

my wipers shut off as soon as i let go the wiper swtich... u know like it doesnt slide back to the normal position.. it just stops wherever i let go the wiper arm switch.... n the intermittent position doesnt work either.. like theres no delay.. it just keeps on goin on fast (not the fastest) speed... is it the relay or motor? (its a 92 323)

If i understand correctly then your problem might be a simple one --

Simply take off the cover at the base of the wipers, the little round cap, and you should have a bolt right there. Just tighten the bolt and it should be fine.
