What the .................???

I was looking on ebay and saw this timing advance kit for 10 bucks even though we can turn our distributor and advance it.
The auction says it is a chip though.

Anyone know anything about this????? Is it worth 10 bucks?????

the way it would work is the resistor will show the ECU a different voltage, in turn the ECU understands this new voltage as cooler air, thus advancing the timing...only problem is, the IAT sensor is inside the VAF and the VAF has it's own connector with one wire being the IAT sensor (Intake Air Temperature) So unless this kit or intructions.... comes with a complete inline plug to the VAF....don't bother. Take 5mins and lossen 2 screws and move the distributor.
