Unhappy Wheel hop and oil smell

Whenever I try to spin the tires on wet pavement all I get is wheel hop. My wheel balance is fine...Is this common to 1G's or is it just me??

Also I have a strong smell coming into my car like burning oil, especially when I have the vents open. My car is not dripping or burning oil or anything else...
The smell is also there when I get out of the car after running it for a while. No clue whats going on here.... anybody have an idea?

Hey about the wheel hop...My Brand new MP3 does the same thing. When ever I try and spin the tires all I get is alot of wheel hopping. It sucks ***, but from what I understand all of the MP3's do the same.
Can we change our Motor Mounts and fix this I wonder?

I was wondering what was making my wheels hop like that. I know my motor mounts are crappy. That's been pissing me off. How hard are motor mounts to replace?
