Window motor question/problem
My passenger window, and now my rear passenger window seem to enjoy taking a break sometimes when I push the button to put 'em up. It'll go up just fine, until about halfway, and sometimes (not all the time) just stop. Easy remedy is reaching across and pushing the window forward towards the engine bay and then it seems to "catch" and go straight up, no problem. Is this a "clip" problem? Maybe the window is missing some kinda clip to hold itself on the rail? I don't think the motor(s) is shot because they seem to be pushing full strength. Just curious if anyone has dismantled the windows at all and if it's a pain in the ***** or not. Thanks!

is it clicking b/c if it is then you need a new regulater. I recently replaced my drivers side and now it goes a s smooth as can be. I checked my local mazda dealer and they wanted $90 for it so I went online to "vocan motors" (not sure of the spelling) and got it for $75 or so.
Hope that helps

Power Windows.
The black sticky weatherstripping glue prevented my window from operating properly. Take door panel off and check for excess glue.
The other problem is in one of the switches. I had to replace the main (drivers door) switch. Salvage yard - $10.00.
