Wiper Problem

In the recent snowstorm I used my wipers to clear off some show and ice on the windshield. The driver's side wiper is now stripped where the motor bushing connects to the wiper arm - the arm doesn't move even though the wiper motor is working. The passenger side is fine.

Can this problem be corrected by tightening something where the wiper arm is connected or am I going to have to replace some parts? If so, I had better order them right away because in this weather I need my wipers.

Thanks in advance.

Update: Just needed tightening of the 12mm nut. It also helped to adjust the arm so that it is just at the bottom of the windshield. It had been a bit off the bottom of the windshield and had been hiting the driver's side B-Pillar. You might want to check the postioning on yours so that it doesn't go out in the middle of a snowstorm, like it did for me.
Good thing I had a spray bottle of washer fluid and a squegee in the car.
