Yet Another Intake question

I have a few questions, and I know this has been talked about multiple times, but i couldnt find the thing i wanted through the search...

I wanted to make sure that the 94 civic intake will work on our cars (SOHC)... and i heard the fit is tight so im just checking

Will there be any type of welding, cutting, or nething like that due to the tubes that go into the valve cover...

Is the Cold air intake that much better than the regular intake (owner of Speedpeople.com thinks so)?

Pics and facts would be great...

if you go to www.corksport.com thats where i bought mine. its like 180 plus tax and shipping. i started with the weopon r intake which came with the pipe from manifold to vaf and an adapter and filter(160-180?), then i bout prm intake which came with filter, pipe from vaf to inside fender, and adapter.(180-tax&sh) i paid alot but i'am happy with the outcome and looks good to.

I'M the one thats confused.. isn't the O2 sensor on the exhaust manifold ?? i think you're talking about either the Mass Airflow Meter (VAF) or the Idle bypass hose (thats what some call it) that connects into the resonator box?? neither set up is possible... our cars don't have a MAP sensor like a honda intake would, meaning our VAF does the measuring the MAP sensor would. also, the hbox/resonator box can actually drop a little whp. i think that maybe i shouldn't have said anything, but this is what i've gathered to memory.
peace
