Driver-side mount

I had trouble with my front and rear engine mount and already replaced them but I'm still hearing some thumping sound when I take the clutch out. If I burn the clutch a little it won't make the noise. I checked the pass side mount and all looks in order BUT the driver side engine mount looks funny. I can't see clearly the rubber in the metal circle but the two rubber "pads" on each side seem to be slightly loose. I'm wondering if it needs tightening but I don't know if by tightening it too much would make things worse in the future. Let me know please. I hope it's just the obvious and I need to tighten it. Thanx
