engine stumbles on acceleration 96/1.5

My 96 LX 1.5 is stumbling on acceleration mostly between 0 and 1,600 rpm. I discovered that the 3rd cylinder is working erraticaly and not working at all at idle speed. I changed the fuel pump, fuel filter, spark plugs, rotor, cap, cables, and cleaned the injectors. The problem disappeared for 100 miles but it's back again! Any clue of what the problem could be?

Thanks!

I am not very experienced in this, but this could be an internal problem, or your rotor cap is misaligned. IMO

I own the same vehicle, and it doesnt really stumble, but sometimes it idles strangely. Most of the time it sits around 2k.
Sometimes it sits around 1, and sometimes it drops below that and sounds like its gonna stall, but doesnt. I also have this 'fake stall' problem when I turn on the radio when idling. Dunno if this is a bad battery or what...
