fuel filter 97 1.5L ARGH!!

Ok, 1997 1.5 liter engine. Who was the moron who decided to place the fuel filter where adult-sized hands can't get at it!

Any tips about changing the fuel filter would be *greatly* appreciated.

HAHAHA

I had the same problem.

But I fit my hand through eventually and got a few scratches on my hand.
I got through by removing the air intake and some hoses.
It took me 1 hour because I kept dropping tools and it was hard to get the new fuel filter on.
