Unhappy engine studder

I have a 96 1.5 and when I come to a stop the car shakes pretty bad. I did a tune up and... nothing! This is very annoying, does any one know what is causing the problem?

could be a few things.

You can try adjusting your Idle, could be too low. What does your tachometer say when your stopped? also try one tank of a higher octane gas, or get some injector cleaner. I had a tercel with the same thing, but better gas stopped it. But it could be the injectors are filthy, but then you'd notice it on the highway also. Good luck.
