Exhausts

hey pplz..
I wanna ask...if soildering an EXHAUST TIP will improve some performance or produce a litt lower , "bassy" sound?
i've tried just fitting the ehxuast tip on..but of coz..didn't do anything...no improve performance and sound..just looks better..
so just wondering if soildering it on will make a difference..
Thx

Even if you put a muffler on, you will not gain any performance. The only thing you do gain is a very loud exhaust. As for the tip, it might change the note to lower bass, but I am not 100% sure.

tip likely wont help sound either...tis the design of the muffler that makes the sound....try poking a hole in your ex. right before the muffler.

A muffler has nothing to do with emissions, its the catalytic converters you do not want to poke. On the other hand, if you do poke the muffler, make sure its hard to see, or you will fail the state inspection.
