horn not working need help...

this is the second time my horn went out. both during Winter so I suspect moister got in. When i press the button, I can hear clicking sound from the passenger floorboard/wheel well area. Pull open the cover and floor mat and pretty sure the sound is from there. I see bunch of connectors and stuff but have no idea what the heck they are. Help!? Thanks!

i don't know much about car electrical stuff, but have you checked the ground on the horn? i know the oem horn doesnt have a ground, but if you've replaced it with an aftermarket horn some of them have ground wire that you can screw to an existing bolt on the chassis. just make sure the bolt is tight and secure. i had some issues with that when replacing my horn a few years ago.

i might also have a haynes work manual somewhere, i can look up the horn wiring and stuff for ya.

OEM horn does have a ground, it's connected to the bracket, which is connected to the body. It turns out that I just had an old bad horn. Went to kragen and got an aftermarket horn. Replaced it under 10 minutes I have horn again!
