Parking Lamps/Headlight Wiring

im going to install my silver faced reverse indiglo gauges for my 96 soon...and the power supply i assume needs to be spliced into the wiring for the parking lam for them to be on with the parking lights as they are now...now my question is do i need to splice the parking lamp wire? and if so which wire is it??? also i was wondering if it would be easier to run the power from the gauges power supply to the headlight power supply in the fuse box....any suggestions would be great....

I got them and installed them... I don't know if you have a dimmer for the intrument cluster but I wired it there. ON the plug in the back there are 4 wires. Tap into the blacl (ground) and the 2nd left to right (w the black on the right). They look tight as hell. Got to take pics.
