Radio Panel Trim

ok guys

i was wondering if anybody out there know how to remove radio trim panel in 98 protege....because i want to spray paint mine so it can match my interior......i can take it off is just the bottom part of it that i am having trouble..where the cigarette thing is.....

hey sup i ran into the same problem when i first installed my stereo system. when you pop out the radio panel from the top, the bottom should still be stuck to the dash. you must take out the cigarette ash tray and inside it there is one screw about 4 inches in. it is pretty hard to unscrew but with a little hard work, its possible to take it off.

ok that a good news because i didn't know that there is screw in there.................i will try to work on in weekend once i finish installing my intrax spring
