wheel hop

when i drop my clutch my wheels hop. they just keep jumping on and off the ground. does anyone know how to fix this. i'm thinkin i have to lower it cause i have stock springs. but i dont know

Yes springs will help. I had wheel hop with my stock springs even though i have an auto tranny. Now i have intrax all around and it's much better. (my susp is very similar to the 1st Gen protege)
