Red face 1999 Protege, changed shoes and oil, now missing!

Sounds ridiculous, but true. Changed shoes on 99 Protege, changed oil and filter, now it acts if it is running on 2 cylinders. My bosses granddaughters car, and I know RX 7's, not Protege's. No idea, don't even know where to start. Also, no error codes, and one more thing, had very little gas, before we put a 5'er in.

Thanks for the help!

Thanks for the help Rod. Turns out that there was condensation on two of the four plugs from carwash. Glad you could help!
