Air intake clutch noise

I just installed a ractive air intake on a 2002 pro es and when I am letting out the clutch in first gear I am feeling a slight click through the pedal. the car only has a few hundred miles on it. it is only happening in first gear. any experience with this?

check to make sure the intake is secured properly and not hitting the brake master cylinder

Exactly, the engine move alot. You need to clear the master cylinder for at less an inch.
