Hi all

Wanna fit a branch and have my head polish and ported and wanted to know what the best cams are for the 1600 motor ie 270,276,280?

Know of someone else doing the same to that motor but fitting throttles with 280 cams but want to see what the power gains are gonna like.

You help will be appreciated.

Most of us have the 2.0, the 1.6 was much rarer in North America.

I think you posted on protege323.com about this and I believe I responded there (as well as a couple other people).

 

Yea .. unfortunately the 1.6L Proteges are very few in America, and there is very little aftermarket support available for them. Sorry we can't be of more help.
