Just an Update I'm going to install the cam gears and cams on Friday I will try to take plenty of pics and try to do a writeup on installing the cams and cam gears.

They probably won't work on the 1.6L the I and E on the F series motors gears face in towards each other when at TDC sorry man. As for getting them installed...well yes they are and no they aren't. I have the cams and cam gears in teh car set at the timign suggestions from Tripoint. As for running....no....my buddy decided it would be a good idea to try and pry the timing belt off instead of doing it the right way and he cracked my timing belt....well I tried one from a 2.0L and it is 2 teeth too long so this tells me that the tensioner between teh 1.8 and the 2.0 is totally different. SO i have to go to mazda on monday and get a new timing belt then she will be back on the road.
