changed intake question.

Ok, I was wanting to change the intake. nothing fancy until I can get a real one, but does anyone see a problem with what I have done?

Removed everything stock up until the MAF. Attached a cone filter right to it, with the temp sensor inside. Attached a little anythread bolt to support it. (It has a little wobble to it, bu tnot much).

Are they going to be any problems with this? The only thing I have noticed, is when i turn the car off, there is a short hissing sound (2-4sec) that sound like somthing is realeasing some air that was under pressure. What is that?

If anyone knows or thinks there will be problems, let me know please so I dont end up destroying somthing important.

no problems should be unless you break the maf sensor from banging around or the filter falls off and dirt goes in your engine.
The hissing sound is normal the air forced in is escaping back out.
