What material i should use for making the pipe going in the fender? Plastic or metal?

Don't go crazy... people have talked about success using dryer duct from Home Depot. Just make sure that you aren't too close to anything that get's really hot.

just go to a muffler shop and ask them to bend you some pipe for an intake. after that all you need to do is go to a reputable powdercoating place and get it powdercoated or thermal coated. a plus side to this is that you will earn extra points in shows for going the extra distance to get everything nice and matching! good luck.

Im not going to any shows and actually we dont have anything like this here .... im just looking for performance for racing and rallying.

But thanks for the answers
