I'm goign to hit the pull-a-part tomorrow (weather permitting and snag up a couple of different MAF's..... the sad thing is I'll mostl ikely have to include a piggyback ecu, the open-loop bypass, the manifold, all new piping.... this is getting pricey in a hurry! However I'm sure it'll make good power once it's done. Should be funny to see none-the-less.

i dont know if I'm going to continue this project anymore. I'm getting burned out by the protege community as a whole....not you or most of you guys but just in general.

It doesn't make any sense for me to invest any more time or money into stuff when I'm treated so poorly by the rest of the community and so far have $0 to show for any of my hard work. (i'm actually down several thousand).

I'm working with another guy to produce a SC kit for the SHO's now so hopefully that will net me some spare cash.

geez man, where ya been!?!?

eh, just getting burned out in general. No'one appreciates anything anymore. I spend a LOT of my own personal money, time and energy to work on stuff that hasn't been done and I get crapped on or treated like poo. Basically I'm just going to buy a car and let other people do the hardwork from now since it's not made me any money in 2years.

here's an example:

SC kit : -$5500 (give or take...to date)
p-club decals: -$45
S-aFCII protege kit: $0
custom intake manifold: -$175+ (so far)
powdercoating: -$450-ish
countless hours of labor on local cars: -$ couldn't even guess

all in all I'm still considered a horrible vendor, horrible person, racist, sexist, inbred redneck on the other forums. Seems like I'm trying to improve a community that doesn' want me a part of it in the first place. So why would I continue to invest more in it?
