General clutch question

Sup guys,

I was wondering, are the performance, or heavy duty clutches more resistant when it comes to slipping the clutch? Would they last really long even if you slipped or dropped the clutch a lot?

Thanks!

race clutches will last forever but slipping them is very difficult because they tend to be extremely grabby, however they can withstand hard launches till the cows come home.

most stock clutches are good peices though, unless you upgrade you're engine. My dad's car has 120,000 miles on it with the stock clutch. If you do add more power to your engine or just drive you're car hard all the time you will need a new clutch very soon.

Sweet dude, that's what i was looking for. When the stock one finishes its job i'm probably gonna get some hardcore clutch that will last forever, even if i dont mod my car too much.
