who makes the honda one? I bought a toyota one and it didn't fit. So i went back and grabbed a honda one and it didn't fit either. The ones i bought were APC. And to answer the question about the whole ricer thing its like 35 bucks cheaper. And what about dressing up your engine makes you a ricer (the inevitable question.) Not flamin ya bro i just wanna know your opinion. I mean I got an intake that goes to a civic that i cut down to fit. Slapped on a air filter i got just as much more airflow as the next guy. Give or take a hp. I also have a universal muffler with a custom 2 1/4 i/d cat back and again just as much hp as the next guy. And i got 8.5 mm ignition wires (those are for my car). But i only spent $300 for the set up when there are people that go and spend almost $800 for the whole thing. Again not flamin just wanna know. Does this make me a ricer? I thought ricers were the ones who put a muffler, a BIG *** wing and hubcaps on there wheels and drive around like they got a freakin stang or something. Anyway. Seriously am i considered a ricer? (oh yeah i painted my calipers and my drums to make them match)

In about 1-2 weeks, I'll have about 100 MP5 and PROTEGE aluminum oil caps made up for our cars.

Once again if there is a big enough demand from a certain club or so, I will custom engrave on them.

Selling price will be around $30-$40 CANADIAN DOLLARS.... so around $20USD...

stay tuned...

gujustud, I'm definitely interested in one of those.

Also wondering if you have those battery hold downs forsale. I would like one with either just Mazda or Protege on it.

If so can you PM me with the details how I can order one?

I put on an aftermarket oil cap (NOT APC) but someone else (probably APC but different package) and it fit. It was for a Honda but I did notice that only the last couple of treads held instead of right from the beginning of the cap, if you know what I mean. It locks down nice and tight so I am not worried. Have had it on my engine now for about 3 months and no leaks.

Hmm, that Mazdaspeed one sounds interesting though .

Here is my aftermarket oil cap. It is made by a company called Pilot? Said Honda on the packet but fits snug as a bug.

Picked it up at my local speed shop called JB's Automotive. It is about $30 CDN and all aluminum. They make a silver one or more probably a brushed aluminum one. Mine is anodized red.

gujustud, as with the battery tie down, I'll take a red oil cap as long as all of the treads matched the treads on the valve cover. As I mentioned in my earlier post, it seems that the Honda cap only connects with about 2 treads.

Did you also say something about a rad cap? Or do you mean a rad cap cover as is available in some of the speed shops?
