Injen CAI on a '99 1.8L?

Does anyone here have an Injen CAI installed on a 1.8L Protege?

I was looking under my hood the other day and noticed what appears to be an A/C refrigerant line running right across the hole that the Injen runs through! There is no way that the piping could go past this line. (Sorry, no pic - wife took the digicam on a trip.)

Then I looked at what Injen claims is a pic of the CAI installed on a 1.8L engine:

In this pic, the refrigerant line goes around the hole and has the foam rubber sheathing at that that point.

Is this not actually a pic of a 1999 1.8L with A/C or did they have to bend the line to make the CAI fit??

Not that I am installing one of these anyway (I have the cheepo Ractive short ram in transit ) but I am curious to know...
