Intake and exhaust

Intake and exhaust
I just ordered a Laser Blue Mica P5 and I was thinking of putting on an injen CAI and HKS exhaust. First I was wondering how loud these make your car, are they loud when driving at idle speed or only when you drive hard? second is living in toronto canada is it alright to leave the CAI on or should I put the stock intake back on for the winter? My concern on how loud the car will be at idle driving is for my wife who gets headaches and migraines at times. If it's not that much louder under normal driving conditions it should be fine, but if it's always loud i may not be able to do any mods of this sort which would suck.
Your opinions would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

in order to hear it you have to have the WOT, and it will be a little louder than stock.. not like... window shattering or anyting, and this is a CAI not an exaust. now if you put an HKS exhaust on... hmm im not sure... im getting an Apexi N1 with custom catback pipeing (no resonator) i will tell you when i install it.

Those sound like some sweet *** upgrades there man. I've got intake and exhaust on mine (see below for specifics) and I've driven one whole Calgarian winter with my Injen CAI. As you know, Calgary probably has the harshest winters in Canada (south of the igloo provinces ) and I had absolutely no problem with my intake. The engine actually loves the cold air. It's awesome for performance. We all know the colder the air, the denser, well I've driven the car hard on some (non icy) -35* nights, and the car just loves it. After, I usually pop the hood to see the entire pipe frosted over! (I'm talking like heavy freezer type frost here too!)
In short, you should not experience any problems with the setup in the winter, and the exhaust will be mellow during normal conditions, but if you get "all up on it" you'll be screamin'!
Hope my ramblings helped.
