Question about FS-ZE intake

Well, I've been browsing this site nonstop for like a week now and I see a lot of ppl putting in parts from the FS-ZE engine.

I was just wonderin, if i bought a FS-ZE intake manifold, Injen CAI, and RB Catback how much HP can I expect to gain?

Also, is there anything else that would be advisable to get for the safety of the engine and could I safely install these parts without messin anything up with the proper instructions?...im not a gearhead so take that into consideration too.

on corksport.. " The J-Spec intake camshaft is the OEM piece from Mazda in the 170hp FS-ZE engine. The camshaft has added 10-12 hp on stock FS engines. Add the pistons, intake manifold, and exhaust cam to set up the the Japanese hp levels. The J-Spec FS-ZE intake manifold is the dual runner manifold used in the 170hp engines. The intake manifold includes the upper and lower plenums, gaskets, and resonance chamber. If used with the intake camshaft and piston you can bumper your hp to the level is was meant to be. "

im planning on doing that.... i hear you can only get the full power if you get the ECU....so where can i get this ecu???
