Reset ECU Data

Reset ECU Data
Could someone with access to AllData let me know what the reset procedure is for the ECU? I did a code clear, but I think I must have erased everything and it won't pass the VA emissions until all the codes clear. The guy at the inspection station suggested I find the reset procedure.
Simply driving the car apparently doesn't do it. I've driven nearly 200 miles at various speeds over the past two weeks or so. It's not working.
Basically, I got here by having a bad reading from my first O2 sensor after my header/cat/catback installation. I did the resistor hack, but the code didn't clear. I used my code reader to clear it, but may have reset the whole emissions check system.
Any help appreciated...
