synthetic gear lube for 2nd gear GRIND

Ok I have 9,500 miles on my MP3 and I often still get that fricken second gear grind. Sometimes real bad and I know By now my second gear probably looks like a dog chewed it up. Anybody have any Idea's or advice. I have heard of redline synthetic, now is that actual gear lube that goes into the MANUAL tranny? because I can't find it anywere. PEP Boys, AutoZone, O'Riely's. So if someone could please help this is getting very anoying.

Check the website:

www.redlineoil.com

AFAIK none of the large auto parts discount stores (such as the ones you listed) sell Redline products. About the only big store where you might find Redline is Napa Auto Parts because they're all independent franchises and sometimes sell oddball stuff, but don't count on it. Redline products are primarily carried by small local speed shops. There is a list of distributors on the website, but they're primarily wholesalers and you may want to call one to find a retail dealer closer to you.

BTW the product you want is Redline MT90, not regular Redline synthetic motor oil. MT90 is tranny oil and has the correct 75W90 viscosity for your Pro.
