1) Yes, but it probably won't increase horsepower unless you install it in conjunction with other mods, and some tuning will be required.
2) Theoretically yes, but you should check it anyway.

thanks for the advice the reason i ask about the fuel pressure regulator is cause of the p&p head. What other tuning would be requered?

What would be a decent ecu upgrade for an N/A setup (tech III too much? or just right?)
