is this true about the cams?

They said the cams have higher lift and duration. I thought the cams had the same lift but different duration only.

Also, The intake cams is J-spec OE Mazda and not Mazdaspeed. Am I right?

both the lift and the duration are greater...however....the lift difference is very very minimal.....

From what I can remember the intake cam is from a bone stock J-spec FS-ZE. The stock ZE uses the same exhaust cam as the FS-DE I think. The Mazdaspeed exhuast cam was used in the J-spec version of the MP3 (can't remember the name), which had a higher compression (10.7:1 vs. stock ZE's 10.5:1) version of the ZE...This is also the same engine that used the Mazdaspeed high compression pistons...
